Pick-up and drop-off times may change for each trip, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
Some of the mentioned services/attractions may be closed on weekends or special days; we do not accept responsibility for such closures.
The exact transfer time may differ by 30 to 60 minutes from the time stated on the website.
Light summer clothing is suitable for most months of the year; however, warmer/thicker clothing may be required during winter.
Wearing sunglasses, using sunscreen, and bringing a hat for sun protection are recommended.
Private transportation can be arranged for all tours upon request.
Any personal belongings left in tour vehicles (such as mobile phones, cameras, wallets, and other valuables) are the passenger’s responsibility. The driver and tour guide are not liable for lost items.
Baby strollers are not allowed in the transfer vehicle unless arranged in advance at the time of booking.
Children aged 3 to 12 must be accompanied by an adult for water activities.
On Islamic occasions and officially announced national holidays, tours may operate with minor changes (no alcoholic beverages served, and no dance or fireworks programs).

Photographing UAE citizens—especially women—as well as military entities, buildings, and government facilities is strictly prohibited.
Littering is illegal and offenders will be fined.
Smoking in public areas is prohibited.
For some tours, carrying the original passport or a valid ID card is mandatory. Please read the “Important Information” section before booking. The company accepts no responsibility if you are denied participation due to not having your passport/ID with you.
If the passenger does not arrive on time and misses the tour, no refund will be issued. (Cancellations are not possible due to passenger delay.)
Fees paid for facilities/services are non-refundable.
In the event of unforeseeable circumstances such as traffic, vehicle breakdown, delays caused by other guests, or weather conditions leading to delays or tour cancellation, another tour will be offered as a replacement if possible.
If guests are not present at the agreed pick-up location on time and the vehicle leaves, no replacement vehicle will be sent and no refund will be provided for the missed tour.
The company reserves the full right to reschedule the trip or route, adjust prices, or cancel the tour at any time if it is determined that the tour may compromise your safety or comfort.
If you do not use any part of the tour package, no refund will be provided for that unused service.
For restaurants with multiple options, vouchers will be sent based on the available vouchers for each option.
It is the passenger’s responsibility to check any updates related to attractions, including opening hours, closing days, transfer departure times, and dress code restrictions. Dubai Farda is not responsible for last-minute changes announced on official websites.
If the purchased attraction/service is not used for any reason (e.g., rain, temporary closure of the venue, etc.), the transfer fee will not be refunded.
